What it all boils down to

In all the literature I have read and podcasts I have listened to from various gurus in the primal sphere the three main messages I hear over and over are as follows.  I wanted to bring them to you to keep it short and sweet, simple and easy to remember and therefore implement in your life to bring about your deserved true health and vitality.

  1. Eat less sugar.  This includes carbohydrates.
  2. Remove seed oils from your diet.
  3. Eat more saturated fat.
There you go, stick that on your fridge!
