Father's Day Lemon Cake

Mike loves biscuits more than cakes but when it comes to cakes he can't say no to a citrusy cake. So for Father's Day I found this recipe and baked it for him. He said it's the best lemon cake I've ever made (he's pretty supportive right?). Milly and I just had a slice and it's delish, the father in question is out fishing (still!!!!!) 

If you've got lemons lying around (this uses four) give it a try it's dead easy.
