So excited to finally have tracked down Dr Goodness at Albany Farmers Markets for some decent free range bacon! I don't recall EVER having bacon that wasn't pink, what about you? The natural colour is this rather I appealing greyish meh colour! My fussy 7 year old already said he wants to keep the pink bacon and we haven't cooked it yet! Man it does look different. I CANNOT wait to try it. Stand by for taste test on Monday Soapboxers.
